Yamaya Communications opened “Shirogane Hanare” on April 18.
The building is a two-story detached house rented as a whole, with three bedrooms and a dining room. It can accommodate up to 11 guests with four double beds and three sets of Japanese-style futon bedding. The interior is equipped with mattresses made by Japan Bed, LCD TVs, microwave ovens, refrigerators, a water server, and a minibar. The property is operated without on-site staff and supports non-face-to-face check-in.
Inside the facility, there is a bathhouse exclusively for staying guests, featuring two indoor baths with air-blow (jet) function and a washroom with changing area. In cooperation with Yamaya Sohonten (Yamaya main store), the property proposes a stay style in which guests go out into the city to enjoy local food, and breakfast has also been served at the store since May 15.
