APA Hotel will open the “APA Hotel (Oyama Ekimae)” (tentative name) in the summer of 2027 in Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan.
The building will have 10 floors above ground and 187 guest rooms. The APA Group will be in charge of the design, adopting the latest specifications of its “New Urban-Style Hotel” concept. This will be the second APA Hotel in Tochigi Prefecture, following the one in front of Utsunomiya Station.
Operations will be handled by Hito Communications Inc., which has signed a franchise agreement. With this property, the number of APA Hotels operated by the company is planned to expand to seven, mainly in the northern Kanto region of Japan.
Access: approximately a 5-minute walk from Oyama Station, and about a 40-minute drive from the Tochigi Interchange (IC) on the Tohoku Expressway.
