Japan Airlines (JAL) and Premium Water will launch a water server service for JAL Mileage Bank members called “JAL Water.”
The key feature of the service is that customers can earn miles and Life Status Points through monthly use of the water server. There are four plans, and users can choose between a purifier-type server and a natural mineral water-type server. The minimum fee is 2,380 yen per month. New contracts can earn up to 14,000 miles, and monthly use can earn up to 300 miles. Regardless of the contracted server type, 1 Life Status Point will also be credited every month.
Applications will be accepted starting at 10:00 a.m. on July 1. To commemorate the launch of the service, a campaign will run until August 31. In addition to the standard miles awarded for new contracts, an extra 2,000 miles will be given.
