
Tokyo Century and OUE to Acquire Crowne Plaza Changi Airport Hotel in Singapore
Hyatt Centric Kanazawa will offer the “Summer Afternoon Tea with Peaches and Blueberries” from July 1 to August 31.
The sweets selection includes a roll cake topped with peaches marinated in syrup and lemon, a cookie sandwich filled with a purple-colored parfait, a yogurt bowl using peaches marinated in Earl Grey tea, and Peach Melba combining peaches poached in white wine with raspberry sauce. Savories feature country bread (campagne) from Noto Hibakara Bakery served with peach sauce and duck pastrami, a dish of cheese from Uchinada Town’s UCHINADA CHEESE topped with blueberry confiture from Hiramiyuki Farm, as well as scones with blueberries and cream cheese. Drinks include a special frozen mocktail made with peaches (700 yen), along with free-flow coffee varieties and JING TEA selections such as Assam, Earl Grey, Darjeeling, herbal teas, Kaga roasted stem tea (Kaga bōcha), and green tea.
The venue is the all-day dining restaurant “FIVE – Grill & Lounge” on the 3rd floor. The afternoon tea is available for 120 minutes between 11:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The price is 4,400 yen. All prices include tax and are subject to a service charge.
