Universal Studios Japan (USJ) will change the pricing structure of its Studio Pass (park admission tickets), shifting to a system in which daily prices can be reconsidered and adjusted according to demand even after ticket sales have begun.
The new system will apply to admission tickets excluding annual passes. It will be implemented for park entry from September 1, with tickets going on sale from July 1. The price at the time of purchase will be the price that applies.
Currently, the 1-day ticket “1-Day Studio Pass” is priced from 8,900 yen for adults, from 5,700 yen for children, and from 8,000 yen for seniors, with prices varying depending on the date of park entry.
With this change, USJ aims to enhance the value of the guest experience and improve the efficiency of park operations.
