GENSEN HOLDINGS will offer a summer gourmet buffet at various facilities of the Ooedo-Onsen-Monogatari Group across Japan from July 1 to August 31.
The buffet menu will feature dishes such as mimosa-style bang bang chicken, stir-fried pork and summer vegetables with honey mustard sauce, conger eel tempura, eel nigiri sushi, and kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers). A variety of chilled dishes will also be available, including chilled capellini with octopus and summer vegetables, and chilled corn egg custard. For dessert, guests can enjoy ocean blue cake, mousse made with Kitou yuzu from Tokushima Prefecture, and crema cotta with blueberries from Chitose, Hokkaido.
The campaign applies to all facilities in the Ooedo-Onsen-Monogatari Premium series, Ooedo-Onsen-Monogatari Standard series, Ooedo-Onsen-Monogatari Wanwan Resort series, and the TAOYA brand. It will not be held at Ooedo-Onsen-Monogatari Wanwan Resort Yataya Shotoen and TAOYA Kawaji. Kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers) will not be served at TAOYA brand facilities.
