
Hyatt to Open Japan’s First Alila Brand in Sengokuhara, Hakone in 2028
Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba will offer its “Peach Afternoon Tea – Bliss in Pink” from July 1 through August 31.
Every item on the menu features peaches, using domestically grown Japanese peaches selected from the best-producing regions depending on the time of season, without limiting the place of origin. The sweets selection includes lychee panna cotta with peach compote, gâteau pêche, mousse pêche, peach cream puff, peach macaron, peach tart, peach fromage, and peach bavarois. Savories include peach and prosciutto with burrata caprese, chilled peach and yogurt soup, Hokkaido scallop flakes with mint and cardamom, and peach focaccia with avocado dip topped with smoked salmon tartare. Peach and Earl Grey scones are served with clotted cream and white peach jam. Drinks include 10 kinds of Ronnefeldt teas and herbal teas, such as a seasonal fruit tea that harmonizes the aroma of white peach with the fragrance and acidity of lemon myrtle, all available in a free-flow style.
The venue is “The Lobby Cafe” on the 2nd floor. Service is for 2-hour seatings between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. The price is 7,000 yen, tax and service charge included.
