Sony Bank is holding a campaign that awards up to 60,000 ANA Mileage Club miles to holders of the “ANA Mileage Club / Sony Bank WALLET” when they receive deposits via foreign currency remittances.
The campaign covers remittances in U.S. dollars, euros, British pounds, Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars, Canadian dollars, Swiss francs, Hong Kong dollars, South African rand, and Swedish krona that arrive as foreign currency remittances from other banks between July 1 and September 30, and are deposited into a foreign currency savings account by October 14.
Deposits of at least 1 million yen but less than 3 million yen will earn 3,000 miles; at least 3 million yen but less than 6 million yen will earn 3,600 miles; at least 6 million yen but less than 10 million yen will earn 4,800 miles; at least 10 million yen but less than 30 million yen will earn 6,000 miles; at least 30 million yen but less than 50 million yen will earn 18,000 miles; at least 50 million yen but less than 70 million yen will earn 30,000 miles; at least 70 million yen but less than 100 million yen will earn 42,000 miles; and deposits of 100 million yen or more will earn 60,000 miles.
All withdrawal amounts made via foreign currency remittances will be deducted. If there are multiple remittances, at least one must be for 1 million yen or more in yen-converted terms. The reference exchange rate is the TTM rate as of June 19.
For other card types as well, Sony Bank is running a campaign that grants up to 100,000 yen in cash for deposits made via foreign currency remittances.
