Daiwa House Realty Management will open the “Daiwa Roynet Hotel Matsue Ekimae” on August 6 in Matsue, Shimane Prefecture, Japan.
The building has 10 floors above ground. The 1st floor will house the entrance and parking, the 2nd floor will contain the front desk, meeting rooms, a fitness room, and a restaurant, the 3rd floor will feature a large public bath, sauna, an unmanned convenience store, and guest rooms, while the 4th through 10th floors will be used for guest rooms.
The hotel will offer 208 guest rooms in 9 types, including 67 Casual Double rooms (14.8–15.9 square meters), 66 Moderate Double rooms (21.4 square meters), 11 Triple rooms (28.7 square meters), 12 Deluxe Twin rooms (29.4 square meters), and 2 Fourth (Four-Bed) rooms (66.5 and 70.2 square meters). All rooms will be equipped with a 43-inch or larger LCD TV, refrigerator, humidifying air purifier, electric kettle, multi-type mobile phone charger, safety box, and deodorizing spray.
Facilities in the hotel will include separate large public baths and saunas for men and women, an amenity bar, coin-operated laundry, ice machine, microwave, smoking booth, self check-in machines, a fitness room exclusively for staying guests, meeting rooms, and an unmanned convenience store. A partner parking lot with space for 60 cars will also be available. Guests can dine at the restaurant located on the 2nd floor. This will be the company’s first hotel opening in the San’in region of western Japan.
Access: approximately 3 minutes on foot from JR Matsue Station, and about 10 minutes by car from the Matsue-Chuo Interchange (IC) on the San’in Expressway.
