InterContinental Sapporo is offering the terrace dining experience “Summer Terrace & Bubbles” from May 30 through September 30.
The hotel has prepared three courses: the “Premium Seafood Terrace Experience,” which combines seafood on ice featuring lobster, crab, and other items with beef tenderloin; the “Signature Burger Terrace Experience,” centered on a Japanese beef burger; and the “Aperitif Terrace Experience,” which pairs appetizers with drinks.
Drinks are served free-flow and feature CHANDON sparkling wine in Rosé and Brut as the main options, along with wine, draft beer, frozen cocktails, house-made sangria, signature cocktails and mocktails, non-alcoholic sparkling wine, and soft drinks.
Opening hours are from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekdays, and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese public holidays. The “Aperitif Terrace Experience” has a 60-minute time limit, while the “Signature Burger Terrace Experience” and “Premium Seafood Terrace Experience” are limited to 120 minutes. Prices including tax are 5,000 yen for the aperitif course, 9,800 yen for the burger course, and 15,000 yen for the seafood course.
