ZIPAIR Tokyo Begins Winter Ticket Sales for Tokyo–Narita to Houston and Honolulu Routes
British Airways will partner with Wolves of Tokyo, a restaurant at London Olympia, to offer a special in-flight menu in business class.
Located in Canopy at London Olympia, the restaurant serves contemporary Japanese cuisine that combines high-quality ingredients with traditional techniques, inspired by the energy and sensibility of Tokyo’s nightlife.
The initiative forms part of the partnership between British Airways and Olympia, and will be launched to coincide with the opening of British Airways ARC. For the collaboration, Wolves of Tokyo’s signature dishes have been optimized for in-flight service to maximize flavor and texture at an altitude of around 35,000 feet.
From July 1, on flights from London Heathrow to Tokyo Haneda, the menu will include crab sushi rolls with avocado, cucumber, lime mayonnaise and orange tobiko; North Atlantic cod with miso glaze; seaweed salad with white sesame dressing; and matcha cheesecake with berries.
Mark Brega, Executive Chef at British Airways, said, “This collaboration with Wolves of Tokyo enables us to combine our signature in-flight dining with modern flavors inspired by the dynamic culinary cultures of Tokyo and London. We have developed the menu with meticulous attention to detail to ensure that it retains its rich flavors in the 35,000-foot cabin environment. We are delighted to offer our customers a new dining experience this summer.”
