Nishitetsu Hotels will open Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Osaka Hommachi on December 18.
The hotel will occupy the hotel building of yui-note honmachi, a mixed-use development scheduled for completion at the end of July. The 13-story building, with one basement level, will have guest room floors on the 4th through 13th floors, while the front desk, lobby, lounge, and café & bar will be located on the 3rd floor, a restaurant on the 2nd floor, and the entrance on the 1st floor. The hotel will offer a total of 202 rooms, including Double, Twin, Superior Twin, Executive Twin, Triple, and Quad rooms. Long-stay rooms equipped with mini kitchens and washing machines will also be available. The interior concept, titled “Yusanbune: The Essence and Splendor of Senba Culture,” draws inspiration from the history of Osaka’s Senba district.
The property will feature the restaurant “OSAKA HONMACHI ONO” on the 2nd floor, as well as a lounge and café & bar on the 3rd floor. Breakfast will be served from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. in a format featuring a choice of main dish and a half buffet. The price is 3,500 yen, including tax. The café & bar will offer coffee, various beverages, alcoholic drinks, sweets, and light meals, priced from around 200 to 1,000 yen per item.
The hotel is directly connected to Exit 2 of Hommachi Station on the Osaka Metro.
