
JAL and Marriott International Form Strategic Partnership
Shinagawa Prince Hotel in Tokyo will offer its “Summer Afternoon Tea Sparkling with Peach and Lemon” from July 1 through September 15.
The afternoon tea features sweets and savory items combining the sweetness of peaches with the tartness of lemons. Desserts include peach panna cotta and lemon tart. Savory offerings include peach and prosciutto with lemon crumble, salmon mi-cuit served with lemon jelly, a corn mousse and peach appetizer, white fish escabeche, and mini burgers with cheese and lemon cheese.
Guests can also choose one grand dessert, finished by a pastry chef after the desserts are served. Three options are available: “Peach Parfait PEACH PEACH PEACH!!!,” made with seasonal peaches; “PEACH LEMON TEA,” which combines peach soup with lemon mousse and tea ice cream; and “SUMMER GARDEN,” a wreath-style presentation of peaches, lemons, and herbs on a glass plate. “SUMMER GARDEN” requires advance reservation.
The venue is DINING & BAR TABLE 9 TOKYO on the 39th floor of the Main Tower. Prices start from 7,200 yen, including tax. A 13% service charge applies separately.
