The Lufthansa Group has announced plans to recruit approximately 13,000 new employees in 2024.
There is a high demand for flight operations staff, cabin crew, engineers, IT personnel, as well as ground staff at the Frankfurt and Munich hub airports. The group is expecting to hire more than 3,500 cabin crew members, about 1,000 flight operations staff, approximately 2,000 engineers, around 800 trainees, and close to 900 IT specialists.
The Lufthansa Group employs over 95,000 people across 90 countries. In 2023, the company recruited more than 13,000 new employees.
