Sun Frontier Hotel Management will open Tabino Hotel Utsunomiya Yuinomori on August 7.
The six-story hotel will offer a total of 201 guest rooms, primarily double rooms, with double rooms featuring 140-centimeter-wide beds accounting for more than 70% of all rooms. All rooms except universal rooms will be equipped with Serta beds, sofas, large tables, washing machines, microwave ovens, two-door refrigerators, 55-inch smart TVs, and humidifying air purifiers. Some rooms will also feature mini kitchens.
Facilities will include a large public bath with artificial hot spring water, a 100°C sauna, a 17°C cold-water bath, a restaurant, meeting rooms, a relaxation room, a coin-operated laundry, and parking for 141 vehicles. Breakfast will be served as a buffet featuring local ingredients, with Utsunomiya gyoza dumplings, Nikko yuba (tofu skin), and seasonal local vegetables offered on a rotating daily menu.
The hotel is approximately a 15-minute walk from Yuinomori-higashi Station on the Utsunomiya-Haga Light Rail Transit line, and around a 20-minute drive from the Utsunomiya-Kaminokawa Interchange (IC) on the Kita-Kanto Expressway.
