The Japan Airlines (JAL) Group will extend its special ticket handling measures due to the impact of the Kumamoto Earthquake that occurred on July 28.
As of 11:00 a.m. on July 30, the measures apply to flights arriving at or departing from Kumamoto between July 29 and August 5, and Amakusa between July 30 and August 5.
For eligible flights, ticket changes, rebooking, and refunds will be accepted free of charge, regardless of delays or cancellations.
