Japan Airlines (JAL) Group will extend its special ticket handling measures due to the impact of the Kumamoto Earthquake that occurred on July 28.
As of 10:30 a.m. on August 4, the special measures apply to flights arriving at or departing from Kumamoto from July 29 through August 31, and Amakusa from July 30 through August 5.
Regardless of delays or cancellations, tickets for eligible flights may be changed, rebooked, or refunded free of charge.
