
Etihad Airways to Operate Abu Dhabi–Dhaka Route Year-Round
Korean Air will launch a new Seoul/Incheon–Melbourne route on December 18.
The airline will operate three weekly round trips on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Boeing 787-9 aircraft, configured with 24 Business Class seats and 254 Economy Class seats, will be used. Flight time will be 10 hours and 30 minutes from Seoul/Incheon and 11 hours and 35 minutes from Melbourne. The service will operate through March 14, 2027.
Melbourne, the capital of Victoria, Australia, has a population of approximately 5.3 million and is a center for culture, business, and sports. It is also known as one of Australia’s leading academic cities.
This will become Korean Air’s fourth Oceania route, following its daily Seoul/Incheon–Sydney service, four weekly Seoul/Incheon–Brisbane round trips, and four weekly Seoul/Incheon–Auckland round trips.
