tripla Launches ‘tripla ai’ Online Travel Agency Service
tripla has launched its online travel agency service ‘tripla ai’.
The service is available for free for accommodations using the ‘tripla Book’ reservation engine, without any listing fees. This is expected to increase visibility and sales due to the expanded sales channels.
The absence of listing fees enables accommodations to sell their rooms at more competitive prices. By incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) into the search functionality, users can easily find accommodations that match their requests. Future enhancements to the search functionality will aim to suggest recommended accommodations based on past reservation trends and customer demographics, aiming to further improve convenience.
‘tripla Book’ is a reservation system for the official websites of lodging facilities, which includes a best rate feature that displays the lowest prices, as well as ‘Google Hotel Ads’ integration that allows posting of the property’s own selling prices in Google search results. It enables email distribution and banner display when used in conjunction with member management and a points program, as well as marketing tools. Route Inn Hotels, Daiwa Roynet Hotels, Mystays Hotel Group, Hotel Gajoen Tokyo, and Kanaya Hotel, among approximately 2,500 other domestic and international facilities, have implemented this system.
