Japan Airlines (JAL) will implement special ticket handling due to expected adverse weather conditions as Typhoon No. 25 approaches Japan.
As of 12:30 p.m. on September 19, the special handling applies to flights arriving at and departing from Tokyo Haneda on September 21. The scope was initially limited to morning flights but has since been expanded.
For tickets on eligible flights, changes, rebooking, and refunds will be accepted free of charge, regardless of delays or cancellations.
