Tokyo Dome Hotel will hold “Hokkaido Fair 2026,” supported by the Hokkaido Government, from October 1 through February 28, 2027.
For both lunch and dinner, guests can choose one plated dish per person. Lunch options include “One cluster of Hokkaido snow crab” or “Hokkaido scallop sashimi topped with salmon roe.” For dinner, guests can choose from these two dishes or “Japanese Black Wagyu steak with mountain wasabi.” Other offerings include “Rilassa Robatayaki, Kushiro-style,” “Rilassa Soup Curry,” “Tonden Farm sausage and greens stir-fried with Shaoxing wine,” “Stir-fried shrimp and white corn with a glossy rice finish,” “Grilled corn stick skewers,” made by shaping corn kernels into sticks and grilling them on skewers, “Rich miso ramen with grilled corn,” “Clam chowder with Hokkaido milk and skim milk,” focaccia made with 100% Haruyutaka wheat from Hokkaido, “Potato salad with salted squid and herring roe,” inspired by local ways of serving it, “Sweet potato made with Hokkaido potatoes and pumpkin,” “Red-fleshed melon shortcake,” and “Hihara Melon from Kuriyama Town,” among other items.
The event will be held at Super Dining “Rilassa.” It will be divided into two periods, with the first phase running through December 18. Lunch is limited to 90 minutes and dinner to 120 minutes. Prices start at 6,250 yen for adults, 2,150 yen for elementary school students, and 1,000 yen for preschool children. Tax and service charge are included.
