Daiwa House Realty Management will grand open the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Miyazaki on March 8, 2027.
The 12-story building will have guest rooms on floors 3 through 12. The hotel will offer a total of 212 rooms in five types: 56 Standard Double rooms, 90 Moderate Double rooms, 42 Deluxe Twin rooms, 17 Deluxe Twin rooms for three guests, 4 Fourth rooms, and 3 Universal rooms. The hotel will also feature a large public bath and sauna.
Reservations will open on October 26. Rates for a Standard Double room start from JPY 10,000 per room, including tax.
The hotel is approximately a 12-minute walk from the west exit of Miyazaki Station on the JR Nippo Main Line, about a 15-minute drive from the Miyazaki Nishi Interchange (IC) on the Higashi-Kyushu Expressway, and approximately a 4-minute walk from the Tachibana-dori 3-chome Airport Bus stop.
