China Eastern Airlines will increase the number of flights on the Tokyo/Haneda-Shanghai/Pudong route starting April 28.
The airline currently operates one round trip per day, and will add one more round trip per day. The flights will utilize Airbus A320 aircraft. The flight duration is 3 hours and 40 minutes from Tokyo/Haneda, and 2 hours and 50 minutes from Shanghai/Pudong.
With this addition, combined with Shanghai Airlines, which is a part of the group, there will be three round trips per day on the Tokyo/Haneda-Shanghai/Pudong route, two round trips per day on the Tokyo/Haneda-Shanghai/Hongqiao route, and four round trips per day on the Tokyo/Narita-Shanghai/Pudong route, connecting Tokyo and Shanghai.
