British Airways Announces Award Flights to Bridgetown

British Airways will operate award flights exclusively on the London/Heathrow to Bridgetown route.

The service from London/Heathrow departs on February 15, 2025, and from Barbados on February 22. Bridgetown is the capital of Barbados in the Caribbean, formerly part of the British Commonwealth, and built by the British.

The required miles are 70,000 Avios + £150 for Economy Class, 135,000 Avios + £330 for Premium Economy Class, and 200,000 Avios + £450 for Club World.

This marks the second time that a long-haul route has been designated as an award flight exclusive, with the inaugural Dubai flight in October selling out in less than 9 hours. Normally, a minimum of 12 seats on short-haul routes and 14 seats on long-haul routes are available for award booking, but with these exclusive flights, all seats are available for booking.
