WestJet Group is set to expand its fleet by leasing three Boeing 737-8 aircraft from BOC Aviation.
The company plans to receive the aircraft within this year, following the completion of the leasing agreement. The aircraft are pre-owned and equipped with CFM International’s LEAP-1B engines.
The refurbishment of the cabins is part of an existing aircraft reconfiguration plan, aiming to provide a consistent experience to passengers as soon as possible.
