Sumitomo Realty & Development Hotel Villa Fontaine Premier/Grand at Haneda Airport will offer summer limited menus from June 1 to August 31.
On the first floor at the “All-Day Dining Grand Ale”, with ‘extravagance’ as its theme, a spice-scented summer buffet is provided. Sample lunch menus include Nasuno plain beef burger, Trapenese Casarecce, Sate Ayam, and more. Sample dinner menus feature Scallop and summer vegetable nage with saffron flavor, Grilled pork spare ribs with Dan Dan noodles, Roast of lamb and bone-in young chicken with saffron rice, among others.
Lunch service hours are from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and dinner is from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with the last order being 30 minutes before closing. Prices are 3,850 yen for lunch and 5,500 yen for dinner. Half price for elementary school students. Prices include tax.
On the fourth floor at “Il Ristorante Tokyo”, a course menu abundant with summer ingredients is prepared. Lunch menus feature Bonito Tataki, Peperoncino with whitebait and asparagus, Grilled swordfish with summer vegetable sauce, Homemade Panna Cotta with mango sauce, and more. Dinner menus include Stracciatella with button shrimp and citrus caviar, Seafood Kadai wrapped in Genovese sauce, Grilled beef fillet with vincotto sauce and baked eggplant with summer truffle, Cassata with cherries and lychee, and more.
