Grand Hyatt Tokyo Offers ‘Summer French Burger’
Grand Hyatt Tokyo will offer the ‘Summer French Burger’ from July 1 to September 1.
Themed around France, the burger includes a double patty made of 100% beef weighing 220g, Brie de Meaux often referred to as the king of cheeses in France, and a mix of herb-marinated zucchini and tomatoes known as Herbes de Provence, all sandwiched between tricolor buns. It is served with a special sauce made of Dijon mustard and aioli sauce. The side of fried eggplant complements the burger, offering a taste reminiscent of the French regional dish, Ratatouille.
The location is the Oak Door steakhouse. It is available from 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The price is ¥3,520 for dine-in and ¥3,456 for takeout, tax included, service charge not included.
