The St. Regis Hotel Osaka is hosting the ‘Summer Fruit Afternoon Buffet with Bingbinghua’ from June 1 to August 31.
Featuring Mango Bing, supervised by ‘Asian Dessert Bingbinghua (Ping Ping Hua)’, along with the welcome drink Mango Hua, and monthly rotating sweets using seasonal summer fruits. Mango Bing is a shaved ice topped with mango sauce, condensed milk, and mango chunks, made with natural water pure ice ‘Misato Himuro’. The sweets rotate monthly, with June featuring mango, July featuring melon, and August featuring peach, offering cakes, jellies, mousses, etc. In addition, three types of savory dishes and a selection of beverages such as coffee and tea will be offered.
Located on the first floor French restaurant ‘Le Dore’, the service is available from 3 PM to 5 PM, limited to a two-hour period. Price for adults is 4,800 yen, for children (ages 4-12) 2,400 yen. Mango Bing and Matcha shaved ice are also available separately, both priced at 2,500 yen each, inclusive of service charge and tax.
