Tokyo Marriott Hotel will be offering the ‘G’s GRILL DINNER COURSE -SUMMER-‘ from June 1 to August 31.
The ingredients, sourced from all over Japan, are cooked with pesticide-free, soil-cultivated Tokyo-grown fresh herbs. Some menu examples include ‘Tartare of Hokkaido Blooming Crab with Caviar, scented with Camomile’, ‘Seared Setouchi Eel from Hyogo Prefecture with a Sweet Basil-scented Shiso Gazpacho’, ‘A5 Esashi Beef from Iwate Prefecture with a hint of Rosemary’, and ‘Okinawan Mango Parfait with an Orange Mint-scented Coconut Sauce’.
The location is the first-floor restaurant ‘Lounge&Dining G’. Available from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM (last order at 9:00 PM). The price is 12,500 yen, service charge and tax included.
