Rakuten Group and Accor have started the transfer of points from Accor’s loyalty program ‘ALL – Accor Live Limitless (ALL)’ to Rakuten Points.
For every 2,000 points of ALL’s reward points, it’s possible to exchange for 1,600 Rakuten points. The completion of the exchange may take up to six weeks.
The exchange from Rakuten points to ALL’s reward points is expected to start after September. It will be possible to exchange 3,200 Rakuten points for 1,000 points of ALL’s reward points.
Accor and the Rakuten Group had signed a memorandum of understanding for the collaboration in January 2023. They are continuing discussions to further strengthen their partnership, including cooperation with Rakuten Travel. In April, Accor had rebranded and opened 22 Grand Mercure and Mercure hotels domestically.
