Hakone Retreat före & villa 1/f will open new villa areas this summer.
The new area will feature 7 villas, bringing the total number of rooms to 55, including the existing rooms. The ibuki VILLA area renovates the Taisho era’s (year 3, 1914) hot spring inn “Tawaraisi-kaku” and places 4 villas facing the “Ryotei Tawaraisi” across the garden and Tawaraiseki-kaku. The kotachi VILLA area’s concept is of chalets blending into the surrounding terrain within the woods, setting up 3 villas. All rooms have an attached hot spring bath, and each room features a unique design.
A special celebration plan for the new VILLA opening is available. It offers a 10% discount on regular rates, and includes a choice of one bottle of BIO (natural) sparkling wine, white wine, or grape juice, along with Hakone Retreat’s homemade sweets.
