Grand Hyatt Tokyo is selling its ‘Summer Sweets Collection’ from June 15 to September 30.
The collection features glass desserts, tarts, shortcakes, piccolo gâteaux, and macarons, abundantly utilizing fruits that are in season in the summer, such as Shine Muscat grapes, mangoes, and peaches. The menu includes Mango Verrine (950 yen), Fresh Peach Melba (900 yen), Pudding à la Mode (950 yen), Grand Premium Shortcake Mango (2,200 yen), Assorted Shortcake Set of 4 (2,800 yen), Summer Piccolo Gâteau (2,500 yen), etc., all prices include tax.
