Courtyard by Marriott Shin-Osaka Station is selling the ‘”BUTATAMA” OKONOMIYAKI & BEEF BURGER’ from June 1 until August 31.
This specialty combines Osaka’s soul food, okonomiyaki with pork (butatama), with the American hamburger. It encloses a 100% domestic beef patty, deep-fried pork tenderloin, tempura of red pickled ginger, grilled cabbage mixed with wheat flour and eggs, and a slice of pineapple, all topped with a rich sauce and bonito flakes. As sides, watermelon radish and cucumber pickles, along with oven-roasted buttered potatoes, are served.
The location is at the Dining & Bar LAVAROCK on the lobby floor. Available from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (last order is 30 minutes before closing). The price is 3,200 yen, including service charge and tax.
