The New Furano Prince Hotel will hold a ‘Summer Taste Dinner Buffet’ from July 6 to 27.
In order to promote local consumption of delicious ingredients from Hokkaido and the local area, the hotel has planned a collaboration with local producers, including agriculture, dairy farming, and fisheries. Example menu items include grilled Genghis Khan (mutton), shrimp and Hokkaido onion fritters, cold corn soup from Furano, Charhan (fried rice) with Kamifurano pork and edamame, stewed Hokkaido squid and eggplant, Hokkaido melon, Hokkaido watermelon, and Hokkaido tomato chiffon cake.
The location is the Main Banquet Hall B1. Service hours are from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM (last order at 8:30 PM). Prices are 7,000 yen for adults, 4,900 yen for elementary school children, and free for preschoolers. All prices include tax.
