The Yokohama Grand Intercontinental Hotel will offer ‘Special Seafood Assorted Hiyashi Jade Noodles’ as a summer special until August 31.
The dish features jade-colored noodles made with spinach, topped with various ingredients such as abalone, scallops, whole shrimp, and snow crab claws, along with Chinese cold dishes such as char siu, steamed chicken, and jellyfish, served on a separate plate. A set menu that includes the Hiyashi Jade Noodles, four kinds of dim sum, homemade almond tofu, and Tieguanyin tea is available on weekdays for lunch.
