
Hoshino Resorts Tomamu Opens ‘Ice Village’ from December 10
The Yokohama Grand Intercontinental Hotel will offer ‘Special Seafood Assorted Hiyashi Jade Noodles’ as a summer special until August 31.
The dish features jade-colored noodles made with spinach, topped with various ingredients such as abalone, scallops, whole shrimp, and snow crab claws, along with Chinese cold dishes such as char siu, steamed chicken, and jellyfish, served on a separate plate. A set menu that includes the Hiyashi Jade Noodles, four kinds of dim sum, homemade almond tofu, and Tieguanyin tea is available on weekdays for lunch.
The location is the Chinese restaurant ‘Karyu’. Lunch service is from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (from 11 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), and dinner service is from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The price is 4,500 yen, and the weekday lunch set is 6,500 yen, both including tax and service charges.
