KLM Royal Dutch Airlines plans to operate flights to 157 cities during the winter schedule.
The airline will serve 92 cities in Europe, 19 cities in North America, and 46 other cities. It will operate three round trips a day to Marseille and will resume seasonal flights to Rovaniemi. Operations to Rennes will continue from the summer schedule. The number of available seats to Canada will be increased by 20% compared to last year. On the Asian routes, service to Taipei and Manila will resume with four round trips per week, while stopovers in Seoul and Bangkok will be discontinued. The airline will return to operating one daily direct flight each to Beijing and Shanghai. Flights to Barbados, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Muscat will be discontinued.
Premium comfort will be introduced in the initial phase on both the Boeing 787-9 and Boeing 787-10 aircraft. The introduction of new seats on the Boeing 777-300 aircraft will be completed this winter, and they will subsequently be added to the Boeing 777-200 aircraft as well.
