H.I.S. (HIS) has implemented the JR East corporate train ticket booking service ‘Business Ekinet’ into its corporate travel management system ‘HIS BTM Portal’.
Business Ekinet is a service designed for corporations to book JR train tickets nationwide. With monthly collective billing for corporations, it eliminates the need for employee reimbursements and reduces the risk of fraud and errors. Booking records can be reviewed online through reports and other documents. The reserved tickets can be collected using a QR code in designated areas, and certain JR East Shinkansen and express trains can be boarded ticketless.
The HIS BTM Portal is a corporate travel management system available to companies of any size and industry.
