Ceres has started offering a new payment service ‘Moppy Pay’ through its point site ‘Moppy’ from November 30th.
Users can charge their Moppy Pay accounts with points accumulated on Moppy, with one point equating to one yen, starting from a minimum of 300 points and in increments of one point. Additionally, charging can be done using a dedicated credit card from a minimum amount of 1,000 yen and in increments of one yen.
Moppy Pay supports QUICPay and Visa touch payments, and can also be used for internet payments as a Visa prepaid card (virtual). When using Moppy Pay for internet payments, users will receive a 0.5% points cashback.
