Konan Railway has resumed operations from the first train on December 8th on the entire Owani Line.
Operations had been suspended on the entire line due to rail defects discovered on September 25th. Although service had already resumed between Tsugaru-Osawa and Chuo-Hirosaki Station, full service is now restored following the completion of repairs, and trains are running on their usual schedules.
