Chateraise Holdings has fully acquired Karatsu Seaside Hotel as a subsidiary.
The Karatsu Seaside Hotel, featuring 139 guest rooms, also includes a large public bath, an open-air bath, a restaurant, and a banquet hall. Since its establishment in 1936, the hotel has undergone reconstruction and changes in management, and was most recently owned by DHC. Despite DHC’s acquisition by ORIX Corporation, the hotel business was not included in the sale.
Chateraise Holdings manages business planning for confectionery, winery, resort, and golf segments. Its subsidiary, Chateraise, operates 810 stores across Japan and 180 stores in nine countries and regions overseas.
