Korean Air Introduces the Latest Boeing 787-10 Aircraft with Private Suites in Business Class on Tokyo/Narita Route
Delta Air Lines is set to order 20 Airbus A350-1000 aircraft.
The order is aimed at modernizing and streamlining its fleet, with the introduction slated for 2026 to 2028, primarily for long-haul routes and international hub airports. The new aircraft will have about 15% more premium seats than the ones being replaced. They will be equipped with Rolls-Royce Trent XWB-97 engines, which will offer a fuel efficiency improvement of over 20% compared to current planes.
Delta Air Lines currently owns 28 Airbus A350-900 aircraft. With the A350-1000 aircraft included, the total order backlog will be 36 aircraft.
