JAL Starts Selling Paid In-Flight Meals Featuring Eel Bento and Beef Stew
All Nippon Airways (ANA) will offer tea sweets developed in collaboration with Qu’il Fait Bon on its domestic premium class flights, starting on February 1st.
Supervised by an ANA pastry chef who is a member of ‘THE CONNOISSEURS’, an original flavor of the popular Qu’il Fait Bon pastry ‘Boule de Fruits’ has been created, featuring a rich fruit flavor and a crispy, flaky texture that can be enjoyed on board.
The first series includes Chocolate & Raspberry-Blood Orange, and the second series features Chocolate & Grapefruit; the flavors will be switched periodically. The sweets will be served with beverages after meals.
Furthermore, these exclusive confections will be available for purchase from February 7th via the in-flight and lounge online shopping service ‘ANA STORE@SKY’. A 12-piece set is priced at 2,376 yen and a 20-piece set at 3,348 yen, including tax and shipping. They are also planned for sale at ‘ANA Shopping A-style’ and Qu’il Fait Bon stores.
