Japan Airlines (JAL) will discontinue its Italian and French language services at its European Reservation Center as of January 31.
The London-based European Reservation Center handles reservations from Ireland, the United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Denmark, Germany, France, Portugal, Finland, Norway, Belgium, and Moscow, Russia. Calls can be connected at the respective domestic or local rates for each country. In addition to Japanese, the center provides services in English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish, and is open from 10 am to 3:30 pm UK time.
