tripla Inc. is set to make Singapore-based ENDURANCE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION a subsidiary.
Based in Singapore, the company has been developing and selling the ‘Pelican Hotel Solution’, a reservation engine, to accommodation facilities in countries like Thailand, Indonesia, and Egypt. Following the acquisition, they plan to roll out ‘tripla Book’.
The acquisition will be funded with cash on hand, and the purchase amount will be 402,000 US dollars. Endurance Thailand, a Thai company, is planning to make the acquisition once it’s approved by regulatory authorities. The total acquisition amount including both companies will be 420,000 US dollars.
