The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Industrial Labor Bureau issued administrative action against Dream Japan on January 29, based on Article 65, Paragraph 1 of the Travel Business Law.
The action was taken for violations of the Travel Business Law, including operating beyond the bus operator’s area and arranging buses at fares lower than the minimum fare and charge, resulting in a 14-day suspension order based on Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Travel Business Law. The suspension period is from January 30 to February 12.
