Air France has started offering a new Gourmet Meal Box in business class on its short-haul routes from February 1st.
Developed in collaboration with Servair’s François Adamski, Bocuse d’Or, and Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
For flights departing before 10 a.m., a sandwich with smoked salmon, cream cheese, and other ingredients on white bread, along with pastries. After 10 a.m., new gourmet specialty sandwiches such as smoked paprika chicken and tarragon vegetables in granary bread, as well as typical French sweets and desserts like calissons, canelés, and Tropéziennes can be enjoyed. The ingredients include locally sourced and seasonal produce, French meats and dairy products, and sustainably sourced fish. A selection of wines and champagnes is also offered by the glass, along with a variety of hot and cold beverages.
François Adamski’s cuisine is also served in the Air France lounges at Charles de Gaulle Airport and in business class on medium-haul routes.
