JAL Card is renewing its card design and features.
This marks the first major refresh in about 13 years since 2011, and cards issued from February 20th will feature the new design. Cards up for renewal will gradually transition to the new design starting April 2024.
The new design evolves from the previous tail-fin motif to a more stylish, contemporary, and sophisticated design with a flat surface. Member numbers and validity dates will be printed on the back. The addition of touch payment functionality is also being expanded.
To commemorate the renewal, a web-exclusive membership campaign will be held. Details will be announced on February 20th.
