AirAsia is set to launch the Kuala Lumpur-Ahmedabad route on May 1.
This will enhance connectivity to rapidly growing India, marking AirAsia’s 11th route into the country. Flights will operate four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, using Airbus A320 aircraft.
Ahmedabad is known as one of India’s largest cotton textile centers. It is a vast town featuring quiet lakes, quaint temples, centuries-old mosques, and ancient architecture dating back to the 15th century. The city also boasts tourist attractions such as jewelry markets and what is often considered the world’s best street food.
