Japan Airlines (JAL) has refreshed the menu for its ‘EXPRESS MEAL’ service, an exclusive pre-order meal option for international business class, starting March 1.
The third installment is ‘Abalone and Scallop in Spicy “Xiang La” Sauce,’ produced by Suzan Restaurant Chen. The service is scheduled to be available until May 31.
The ‘Express Meal’ service was launched in October 2022. In addition to traditional Japanese and Western meals, it offers a one-plate meal exclusively through pre-order, targeting Europe, the Americas, and mid-distance Asian routes departing from Tokyo/Haneda and Tokyo/Narita. The first installment featured ‘Unagi Meal’ with domestically farmed eel as the main dish, produced by the fifth-generation Noda Iwa, and the second installment was the ‘Yoroniku Wagyu Sukiyaki Meal,’ produced by Yoroniku.
