Marriott International has signed a contract with Victoria Park Hotels and is set to open ‘The Park Lane Hong Kong, Autograph Collection’ in the early parts of 2025.
The property will be a 28-floor mixed-use development, featuring retail stores on the first and second floors. It will have 820 guest rooms, an executive lounge, three unique dining options, more than 1,700 square meters of event space, and recreational facilities. Some rooms will offer views of Victoria Harbour.
The Park Lane Hong Kong originally opened in 1974. Currently, it operates as The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel, under the Accor brand.
The hotel is conveniently located approximately 5 minutes on foot from the Causeway Bay subway station, about 10 minutes on foot to Lee Gardens and the World Trade Center, around 5 minutes by car to Central, and approximately 35 minutes by car to Hong Kong International Airport.
